Refunds and Returns
If an item is faulty we can exchange with the same item or any thing else over the price paid for it. If the bra does not fit than we recommend a fitting session to make sure the size fits. Due to hygiene reasons we do not take returns on briefs unless they are faulty.
Returns must be received by Brassiere Boutique within 14 days of the date you received your order. 4 days must be allowed for postage so please ensure your item is posted within 10 days of receipt.
Items must be returned via a traceable method. We can take no responsibility for returned items until signed for by us.
To return the items to us, please follow the below process;
1) Please include the original returns form if you have it or, if you don’t, please print an order confirmation email or a handwritten note if that’s more convenient.
The important thing is that you include the following information;

- Which item/s you are returning (please tell us the size and product
